working across the arts, heritage, and local authority sectors, I have extensive experience of helping venues and organisations realise the income potential that can be achieved from venue hire, corporate philanthropy, and commercial development.

I have worked in the arts, heritage, and not-for-profit sectors for over 15 years and have always been passionate about providing a range of organisations with commercial advice, whilst balancing it with their primary, public-facing output. I help to fund the day-to-day operation and ensure that access is maintained for a variety of users and visitors. I am highly skilled at working across organisations, engaging a range of teams, services, and personnel, to ensure any commercial activity never jeopardises the primary output of the organisation or damages the institutional reputation.

The services that I offer have grown directly from my own experience. This is not a large consultancy service with numerous staff working across multiple projects. Clients work with me alone and receive my experience and advice in person. This sets me apart from many other offers in the marketplace and ensures that my clients receive the most accurate, realistic, and personalised set of recommendations.

I take great pride in being able to advise not-for-profit organisations and help to ease the financial burden during a time when public funding is decreasing and placing these organisations and heritage offers in jeopardy.
